01 What Linux distributions and Windows Server versions do you support?

We support AlmaLinux (8/9), Rocky Linux (8/9), Ubuntu Server LTS (20.04/22.04/24.04), Debian (11/12), Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 8/9), CloudLinux OS, and Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022).

02 Can you manage servers that do not have a control panel installed?

Yes. Our systems engineers frequently administer pure command-line (CLI) Linux and Windows instances running custom web stacks, Docker containers, database clusters, and background microservices.

03 How do you securely handle server root credentials?

We enforce strict credential security policies. We never ask for passwords in plain text or website forms. All credentials are exchanged through one-time encrypted secret vaults. Where possible, we access Linux servers exclusively via ED25519/RSA-4096 SSH keys with restricted sudo privileges.

04 Do you offer emergency support for non-contracted servers?

Yes. We accept ad-hoc emergency incident response tickets for server crashes, kernel panics, database locks, and active outages. We triage the active problem, bring systems back online cleanly, and provide a written Root-Cause Analysis (RCA).

05 Can you perform zero-downtime server migrations?

Yes. We execute staging file and database synchronizations, lower DNS TTLs in advance, conduct off-peak differential updates, and repoint DNS records to ensure zero dropped visitor requests and no lost transaction data.

06 Which web hosting control panels do you support?

We support cPanel/WHM, Plesk Obsidian (Linux and Windows), DirectAdmin, HestiaCP, CyberPanel (OpenLiteSpeed & LiteSpeed Enterprise), and WHMCS automation.

07 What backup platforms do you configure and maintain?

We configure and manage JetBackup 5, R1Soft CDP Server, BorgBackup, ZFS snapshots, and custom rsync pipelines to encrypted AWS S3, Wasabi, and Backblaze B2 offsite repositories.

08 How do your monitoring and alert response services work?

We deploy Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, or HetrixTools agents to track server resource utilization, daemon heartbeats, and SSL certificate validity 24/7. When an alert threshold is breached, our engineers immediately triage the issue.
